When the engine is up to temperature see if you have one boiling hot pipe going to the heater at the bulkhead and one cold pipe. If you do then the matrix is blocked. Look for 2 cables coming off the motor itself going into the resistor. If your handy with a soldering iron then pay around £1 for the resistor itself and solder it onto Note: Replace blower motor if required. Remove blower motor control module and check for water traces
Remove the windscreen wipers. Remove the scuttle panel. Remove the pollen filter by releasing the 2 retaining clips. Undo the 2 retaining screws holding the resistor pack in place. Now fit the new resistor pack, and replace everything in reverse order. That should cure your heater problems.

2515 posts · Joined 2015. #3 · Dec 20, 2019. I believe it's a common problem. Vauxhall changed the connectors under the seat for this reason. Sure there is a Technical service bulletin about it. Long time Vauxhall owner (well from 1986 anyway - lol). Currently driving an Astra-J 2.0 diesel auto.
